500 East Street – Bayard Low Income Apartments
54-year-old male deceased/cold to the touch. Officer advised to roll OMI/OMI en route.

Liquor laws
Cobre High School
Student found with a flask of alcohol/they are in the office and parent is being called.

Unwanted subject
Bayard Public Library
A named female went in at 1:08 p.m. and left at 1:12 a.m. per the camera/she hasn't returned since. Caller wants her issued an indefinite CTW because she was stealing the donations. Officer advised put out ATL for the female to issue the indefinite CTW.

Welfare check
Caller from Adult Protective Services advised a named male has various medical conditions and is to be evicted this afternoon, but caller is concerned he is not well enough to be out on the streets/he has no food in the home. Officer was advised.

Unwanted subject
Taylor Street
Two males walking toward Tom Foy/caller does not know the subjects. Officer out at Blake's/both males were issued indefinite CTWs for the location.

Aggravated assault
N. Yucca and Stewart streets
Caller advised someone is chasing him down the street with a knife. SCPD officer was dispatched to the area of Yucca and Central/dispatch advised the incident took place in Bayard and to take no further action.

Welfare check
Fahey Street
Caller advised he can hear a male outside fighting/caller called back advising males went back inside/ Sounded like males/could hear them cursing and could hear punches landing. Officer advised negative contact with anyone/everything appears to be okay.

Wednesday, Jan.31

Welfare check
Runnels Drive
68-year-old male is under the influence of meth/possibly has an altered mental status/has a history of narcotics abuse/residence has very bad living conditions/there is feces everywhere. Officer had negative contact.

Thursday, Feb. 1

Shoplifting
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Stated a young female went in and took a Jose Cuervo bottle and took off running toward the carwash/she looks about 12-15 years-of-age. Officer advised in the area ATL.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

Fight
Romero Avenue
A named female is attacking her son's girlfriend. Second caller advised the female is fighting and hitting her sister/negative on an ambulance at this time.

Thursday, Feb. 1

Disturbance
Santa Rita Avenue
Caller advised his 29-year-old daughter is under the influence/believes meth or fentanyl/she is in her room. Officer advised female left upon request/no CTW at this time.

Santa Clara Police Department

Tuesday, Jan. 30

Aspen
Caller from FBMC advised a named 39-year-old male never showed up for his visit with caller. Officer had negative contact with male.
