License plate is out of Quebec. Deputy advised they broke down and are waiting to call AAA.

Domestic disturbance
North Hurley Road
A named male choked her and threw her to the ground/he is leaving in a green Ford truck/advised the only way she could get him to leave was to call 911 and now she wants to cancel the call. Caller was advised that since he physically harmed her a deputy had to respond. Caller stated that is fine/I won't talk to them. Deputies en route to Main Street to ATL.

Unwanted subject
2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star
Advised a neighbor's son is inside his mother's trailer yelling and screaming/mother is not home at this time/he is being verbally aggressive/caller wants contact with deputy.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 152 – MM 12 (2 miles west of Highway 35 junction)
Two front tires are missing.

Criminal trespass warning
11072 W. Highway 180 – Hillside Haven
Caller wants information on issuing a CTW on a named subject. Deputy issued ATL for the subject/if located issue indefinite CTW for this address.

Rainier Street – Arenas Valley
Walk-in advising a named male is trespassing on his property. The only person allowed on caller's property is a 75-year-old male who stays on the property and cleans and repairs caller's buildings and yard.

C Avenue – Hatchita
Caller advised her named neighbor keeps going onto her property after she has asked him not to. Deputy made contact with caller via telephone.

Accident-property damage
Highway 152 @ Casa Blanca Bar
Green Ford Explorer spun out and hit the side of the mountain/everyone is out of the vehicle but are okay. Deputy ATL all the surrounding area with negative contact.

Saturday, Feb. 3

Suicide threat
Chukar Drive
Report, no narrative.

Harassment
Arenas Valley Road
Advised someone is throwing nails and trash in his driveway. Deputy spoke with caller.

Reckless driver
Highway 90 – MM 21 (Continental Divide)
Silver Chevy Silverado driving in the opposite lane of travel headed north. Officers out with vehicle at Highway 90 and Daniel Street.

Fraud/embezzlement
Elias Road – Arenas Valley
Caller is selling a desk on Facebook Market Place/a male sent several emails (through venmo)/scammed her out of $300. Deputy had negative contact/calls went straight to voicemail/clear.

Welfare check
Mountain View Road
A named male texted her and told her he had a weapon and was going to kill himself/caller has a DVO against this male. Deputies investigating.

Welfare check
Bypass Road
States that her daughter called her. Second caller advised they got a call from her friend and it took her two hours to crawl inside/stated she sounds shook up and possibly bruised her face/she is about 70-years-old.

Domestic disturbance
Azurite Court – Tyrone
Advised his sister called him stating her boyfriend and her were fighting and the boyfriend is threatening to kill her.

Sunday, Feb. 4

Mental health complaint
11072 W. Highway 180 – Hillside Haven – 3:13 a.m.
A 50-year-old female has not been taking her medication and is running around nude inside and outside/not being aggressive/she was back inside and back in the shower/she is bi-polar and schizophrenic. No response from TYFD.

Welfare check
11072 W. Highway 180 – Hillside Haven – 8:07 a.m.
A named female is running around naked/he has her inside right now but she keeps running out the back door/she has shorts on now. Deputy advised female is in protective custody and is en route to GRMC.

Aggravated assault
Pinos Altos/Buckhorn
A named male pulled out a gun on caller and started yelling. Deputy en route to Pinos Altos to attempt contact with the other party on Golden Nugget/negative contact with anyone in the area.

Suspicious vehicle x 3
Highways 152 and 356; Bataan Memorial Park; Fort Bayard
Registered owner on phone-everything is okay; Valid/clear; out with UTV.

Domestic disturbance
Pheasant Drive
Caller can hear yelling, banging, and honking coming from this trailer. Deputy advised knocked on door several times/had negative contact.
