Caller advised she believes an 83-year-old female is being scammed. Caller works for a company that prepared her taxes. Deputy made contact with female who advised she was okay and was not afraid she was being scammed.

Walk-in advised TVs and other items were taken.

Alamo Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her neighbor is walking through her back yard/he was in her back yard with his dirt bike.

Criminal trespass warning
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
A named female is outside on the property/wants her issued a CTW/she's trying to get inside. Deputy advised female is at her house/going to make contact.

Tuesday, Feb. 13

Welfare check
Rosedale Road
Caller advised a named male is not answering his cell phone/he has heart problems. Deputy spoke to male who advised he was just feeling sick but did not need any medical attention/also spoke with caller and advised her the male would be calling her shortly.

Unwanted subject
Mimbres Senior Citizen Center
Deputy advised one male in unit en route to Mimbres Yucca Road/issued male an indefinite CTW for Mimbres Senior Citizen Center.

Criminal damage to property
Sage Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised the juvi male neighbor behind her house is shooting at her residence with a BB gun/unknown on any damage/she has not gone outside. Deputy investigating/out at an Olive Street address for follow-up.

Wednesday, Feb. 14

Welfare check
Apache Circle
Caller from Silver City Dental advised a named 87-year-old male has not shown up for his 9 a.m. appointment/has been trying to contact him with no answer/when caller spoke to him yesterday to confirm the appointment he seemed confused.

Owl Hoot Trail
Caller is at this house to check on a named subject and it appears the house is vacant.

Missing persons
Grant County
Caller wants to report her mother missing/she heard she overdosed somewhere 3-4 days ago/spoke with the hospital already and no one by that name is there/she is homeless.

Highway 78 – MM 7 (near Mule Creek)
A male on a bicycle with a camo backpack and reading glasses is loitering around the post office making people feel uncomfortable. Deputy had contact with male at MM 8 lying down.

Arenas Valley Road
Caller hasn't been able to get in contact with her stepmother for two weeks/no one answers the phone /it just keeps ringing and goes to voicemail/she is in her 60s and healthy/her husband passed away in December.

Burglary
Morales Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised he found the door to his dad's house open and believes someone broke in. Deputy advised following-up with neighbors/set up frequent patrol for next month.

Domestic disturbance
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised he and his girlfriend were arguing and she picked up a piece of glass and tried to cut herself/caller refused to give their names/both are under the influence of alcohol. Could hear female in the background before caller disconnected the line. Officer requested ambulance for 55-year-old female with 10-inch laceration to her left arm/is bleeding.

Thursday, Feb. 15

Disturbance
El Otro Lado Road – Upper Mimbres
Advised a named male is yelling at customers and being verbally abusive and aggressive with several customers and staff/he is currently outside. Deputy advised male threatened to get gas and burn down the Senior Citizen Center/en route to GRMC with male.

Domestic disturbance
Laguna del Oso – San Lorenzo
Advised a named male has been intoxicated and stated he went into the room and said he wanted to die/advised he shot once at caller and it passed her head into the wall/he has depression and heart problems/he has a .41 Magnum handgun and access to other weapons inside the home/unknown if he is still armed.

Grenfell Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller has been trying to reach his sister for a week/her 30-year-old son lives with her. Deputy made contact/she spoke with brother already.

Aggravated assault
Highway 15 and Sanctuary Road
Advised her 16-year-old daughter was driving behind caller/caller stated a male walking north on Highway 15 stepped out into the roadway and pointed a gun at caller's daughter. Male had black hair and all camo clothes/about 5'5-6" and heavy-set.

Cottonwood Road
Caller from California advised a male in his 80s called stating a relative is beating him up/he hasn't responded to any texts or phone calls for the past hour. Deputy advised he spoke to the elderly man who advised he does not feel as though he is in danger.

Burglary
Partridge Drive
Caller advised she thinks a named subject had broken into her home/nothing is taken at this time. Advised her house is in disarray while nobody should have been there.

Welfare check
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller stated when she last talked to her daughter she was crying and having a mental breakdown. Deputy investigating.
