Heard parent beating a 7 or 8-year-old female child at about 7 a.m. Officer made contact with caller.

Advised male is lying partially in roadway. Officer had contact with Lorenzo Flores/taking him to his house off the Ridges/he is not acting on the warrant at this time.

Advised a male appears to be slumped over in a utility vehicle. Officer out with Nathan Baker/clear of warrants.

100 Black Street – district court
Caller from district court advised a named male is at the court requesting an officer respond to file an emergency restraining order. Officer en route to a S. Richard Street address.

Caller advised some people there are taking advantage of a named elderly male. Officer out at Spring Street Park/out at the location/everything is okay/will advise caller.

Accident-injuries
1810 N. Swan Street
Caller advised she was hit by a vehicle/52-years-old/left arm is bleeding. Patient was very hard to understand. EMS2 clear with signed refusal.

Caller advised someone is living on a vacant lot/he is harassing and scaring the neighbors. Officer issued Sara Cyrus an indefinite CTW to the property.

Assault
Yucca Street – 3:15 p.m.
Caller's mother-in-law just spit in caller's face and threatening to kill her/caller has her 9-mopnth-old son with her.

Domestic disturbance
Yucca Street – 8:10 p.m.
Caller advised his mother is following him around and yelling at the caller and his girlfriend.

2711 Leslie Road –Lintero Apartments
Caller advised she received a call from her daughter who was reported as a runaway/mother is at Lintero Apartments to pick her up. Daughter and mother are both clear locally.

Check on a named elderly male reference unwanted taking advantage of the old man living there. Officer made contact with male/everything is okay/will call caller.

Disturbance
N. Cooper Street
Caller's ex-husband is picking up daughter and creating a scene. Second caller advised he is at the residence to pick up his daughter and mother is not allowing him to pick her up. Officer had contact with both parties.

Missing persons
Florence Street
A 20-year-old male was last seen two weeks ago at the residence/says he was going to Phoenix with his girlfriend. Officer advised male was last seen in Globe, Arizona/would have to make report through their agency.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
A named male outside the back door is using meth.

Burglary
Ridge Road
Storage unit was broken into/thinks they switched locks.

Fight
614 N. Bullard Street
Advised there are six people. Second caller advised fist fight/people from the bike race are separating the people/caller was uncooperative and disconnected the line.

Unattended death
Virginia Street
Advised 87-year-old mother has passed. Officer requested OMI to respond. OMI advised ETA 1 hour.

E. 8th and N. Swan streets
Male yelling, "I'm gonna f*** you up, home boy," as he passed 8th Street walking toward the college. Officer had contact with Jim Rodriguez/clear/everything is okay.

910 Silver Heights Blvd.
Stated a male is going through their trash and they want him off the property. Officer advised male was gone on arrival.

Harassment
E. 13th and N. Swan streets
Stated a male is sitting at this corner screaming and arguing with himself and saying vulgar things. Officer had contact with Jim Rodriguez/advised him to keep it down. Caller called back advising the male is back harassing her and her husband/request a CTW for a Swan Street address. Officer put out ATL for Jim Rodriguez for CTW.

3-4 subjects behind the motel/needs them off the property. Officer spoke to caller who advised the subjects are behind the property not on the property. Officer had contact with Michael James, Irvan Flores, Kevin Matthew Fox, and Landan Rivers/advised them to keep moving.

Guest refusing to leave the property. Can hear the male arguing with caller in the background. Caller advised male is intoxicated. Officer issued Fernando Copey an indefinite CTW for Motel 6/he is leaving/clear.

Sunday, Apr. 28

Suspicious vehicle x 4
Fox Field, Fox Field, Gough Park, 2154 E. Highway 180
Vehicle unoccupied – secured; one male in unit enroute to a Tracy Circle address; ran license plate; west side of parking lot.

Public Library
Female is screaming in the area/she keeps saying, go away and leave me alone. Officer out with Sara Flury.

Canal Street
An unwanted named female is threatening and destroying property/she is not on the lease. Officer en route to this location so the female can pick up some things/request frequent patrol for two addresses on Racetrack Road.

N. Cooper Street
Caller's ex-husband is at location causing problems and causing a scene/he is there to pick up their daughter/he is leaving now in a silver Ford Taurus/daughter wants to go with her dad/she is7-years-old. Officer advised everything is okay/child did go with father.

Officer issued Robert Duran a CTW for Walmart/no action taken on warrant for failure to appear out of Judge Clark's court.

Caller wants a CTW issued to a named male/male is not here at this time. Officer put out ATL for Jim Rodriguez for CTW at this address.

Female is screaming for help. Officer had negative contact.

Neighbor will not stop bothering caller/she just started yelling at caller/caller is very upset/caller is 46-years-old autistic/neighbor is upset over caller cutting weeds/caller is yelling at neighbor now. Officer requested location look-up for neighbor's address.

Caller stated a male is drinking alcohol behind the VC/has two big bottles. Officer had negative contact.

N. Gold Street
Caller stated a party is going on and a dispute happened/she had nothing to do with it but only wants to get her stuff from the house. Officer requested ambulance for 30- to 40-year-old female with a swollen left eye. R1 cancelled by EMS. Officer advised one male in investigative detention.

N. Cooper Street
Open line. Two men arguing/someone has broken a phone. Second caller advised her neighbor knocked on her door asking to use her phone/he has been assaulted and the subjects broke his phone/caller is a named female. Officer advised male is now at a neighbor's asking for a phone to call police, not realizing his phone has called 911.

Caller wants a named male removed from the property. Officer issued Eddie Herrera an indefinite CTW for this address.

Domestic disturbance
Caller advised he can see in the grey Toyota Camry ahead of him a male putting his hands on a female.

Officer ran Arnulfo Morales Jr., Ashley Thayer, Juan Francisco Abeyta.

Unattended death
1001 Prescott Street – Santa Clara
65-year-old female/no pulse/she was sick and on oxygen/caller will not go into apartment. XCPD officer requested OMI/OMI on scene.

Harassment
Mountain View Road
Stated her mom was threatening caller's fiancé/stated she was going to harm caller's fiancé when and if she showed up to her home in Ohio/threatened to pull a pistol out on him if he showed up/Ohio PD requested a report needed to be made with local PD.

38th and N. Swan streets
Can hear a male yelling and screaming very loud. Officer had negative contact.

N. Cooper Street
Stated her ex-husband dropped off their daughter and is refusing to leave/he just left in a silver Ford Taurus but caller still wants to speak with officer.

302 N. Bullard Street
Male screaming and yelling/he has broken windows in the past. Officer out with Mathew Fox.

610 N. Silver Street – SOS
A named male is on scene/throwing rocks/knocking over benches/yelling and threatening people/he has a CTW. Officer had contact with Eddie Herrera at 7th and Gold streets.
