PUBLIC NOTICE

The Grant County Board of Commissioners is seeking five individuals to serve on the Grant County Lodgers Tax Advisory Board. Individuals must reside in the unincorporated area of Grant County. The board is composed of two individuals involved in a Tourism-Related business, two individuals involved in the lodging industry, and one individual at large (general community).

Deadline Terms for Submission of Application are as follows:

Application with a letter of interest highlighting qualifications must be received on or before Thursday, March 12, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (MST). Application can be submitted online, hand-delivered to the Grant County Manager's Office, located at 1400 Highway 180 E., Silver City, New Mexico 88061, or mailed to the Grant County Manager's Office, c/o Mary Rae McDonald, Executive Assistant, PO Box 898, Silver City, NM 88062-0898. Applications submitted by mail (US Postal Service) must allow for delivery time, as a postmark date of the deadline will not be accepted.
