These articles postulate that Adam was a real person, but he may not have been the first human being, nor the first of the genus Homo. This editor again found this quite interesting. I hope you do, too.
This is a very rare paper that respects both the biblical writers and their ancient culture alongside modern discoveries about history and integrates them both.
This paper, written by Carol A. Hill, was published in the September 2021 issue of Perspectives on Science and Christian Faith, the Journal of the American Scientific Affiliation (ASA). ASA is the largest society of professional scientists who are Christians.

I think for several reasons. It's so unusual, but has been proven scientifically to be true and the potential uses of this information in health and energy and who knows what else are just a few more experiments away!
