Washington, D.C. — A new report is raising serious concerns about the influence of the climate movement within the court system. According to media reports, a guide intended to provide neutral information for judges instead includes biased material designed to influence the courts in favor of the eco-left. In response, Daniel Turner, Founder and Executive Director for Power The Future, issued the following statement:
"Justice is supposed to be blind, but it's clear the climate movement is trying to shove it left. Our courts should interpret the law, not be manipulated behind the scenes to arrive at the preferred outcomes of the eco-left. Once again, the public deserves to know which judges relied on this questionable guidance and which cases they impacted."
Last August, Power The Future sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi requesting an investigation into the groups providing climate "education" to judges. Since then, the House Judiciary Committee has opened their own investigation into the groups.
