Since the beginning, climate conferences have served as global junkets for bureaucrats to fly halfway around the world to lecture Americans on their carbon footprint. Last year's COP29 trip sent about 400 Biden-era federal employees oversees at a conservative cost of $6-7 million while producing nothing for working families.
