"Let Me Be Clear"
By Mike Bibb
"Let me be clear: I made the decisions during my presidency. I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations. Any suggestion that I didn't is ridiculous and false." — Former President Joe Biden, June 4, 2025.

Poor old Joe Biden, he's still insisting he was in charge of everything while President. With each passing day, that boast seems to be increasingly conflicting with evidence and statements from former staff members and associates.
If Joe still believes he was behind the wheel, then he's about the only one who does. Even his own wife knew better, as do other colleagues who are busily writing "tell-all" books detailing the gradual breakdown of Joe's mental acuity and personal involvement in White House affairs.
The past several years has explicitly revealed to anyone with two eyes, ears and a normal brain that while Joe may have been in the office — at least part of the time — his ability to properly function and carry out the duties and responsibilities of President was slipping.
Need additional evidence? To further emphasize the failing functionality of Joe's ability to rationally decide and implement logical thought and reasoning in government management, the current riots in Los Angeles are providing eye opening videos of the unprecedented stupid consequences of his asinine "Open Borders" policies.
This single incident should be more than sufficient proof to indict and prosecute, since Joe is now out of office and impeachment is no longer an option.
His mental deterioration reached such a noticeable level that after Joe's disappointing televised Presidential debate last year with Donald Trump, the Democrat National Committee removed his candidacy from running for reelection in 2024 and replaced him with Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
After 50 years in Washington, Joe's influence in national politics had drawn to a close. He'd served his time as a faithful party foot soldier, but new faces with more left-leaning ideas had become embedded within the organization's structure.
Joe simply fossilized into an ancient artifact, no longer useful to a contemporary machine.
Apparently, he doesn't realize it yet, as he's still trying to be a "mover" in a political device that's moved on without him. Flattering news accounts, appreciative plaques and Hollywood accolades will hang on the walls of a future library, but everyone will know it is all for show and sympathy. Substance has nothing to do with it.
In the end, Joe's cognitive abilities were flickering to such an extent legislation, government decisions and other important matters were being signed with his Auto-pen.
He might recall he was the 46th President of the United States, but it only took one term for the people to figure out they'd made a big mistake. Joe, with all his decades of Senate and Vice President experience couldn't disguise the fact he hadn't comprehended the complexities and responsibilities of the Presidency.
Other than a tour as VP and President could be used to surreptitiously promote his own personal business. Congressional investigations have discovered a treasure trove of Biden off-shore deals and shenanigans.
Hunter, and other family members used Joe's political position to gain access to enormous sums of money, filtering it through various phony shell companies and depositing "10% for the Big Guy," as he was referred to.
It is suspected this kind of activity, along with Joe's bumbling antics, was really the reason the DNC decided to recall him before other incriminating "irregularities" were disclosed.
However, his 2024 election replacements, Kamala and Tim, didn't convince the majority of voters they were any better or smarter. Still haven't.
Joe's only been out of office about four months and already the scandals, corruption, lies, incompetency and coverups are servicing. Even more astounding, a previously adoring establishment media is also waking up and actually beginning to report and editorialize the misdeeds.
Knowing Joe probably wouldn't serve another term, his handlers were careful to conceal their intentions. Family members, political allies and close friends recognized the necessity to make certain they were immunized from any fallout that would eventually descend from his administration.
First, they would declare Joe was a good guy with good intentions but his age and mental fumblings were becoming more obvious by the day. He was characterized as a decent old man "with a poor memory"; he'd forgotten more than he knew. If indicted and tried for a crime, no sympathetic jury would convict — regardless of the evidence and testimony.
But, just in case the "poor memory" defense fell apart and a jury didn't take the bait, a backup plan would immediately swing into place — the Presidential pardon scam.
There was a catch: Joe's signature on the pardons was necessary in order for them to be valid. How could this legal requirement be avoided without Joe becoming aware of the con?
Simple, during his final few hours in office he would release a series of pre-prepared pardons involving numerous people, including convicts, absolving them of their transgressions. Buried within the pile of paperwork would be pardons for members of his own family and other key players and close friends.
Since he probably wouldn't have any recollection of how many pardons he'd authorized, it wasn't necessary that he personally sign them. A facsimile would work just as well.
Luckly, there was such a device in the White House — the infamous Auto-pen.
Presto! Problem solved. Pardons were mechanically signed and issued as Joe flew home for good. Everyone could relax, content in the knowledge all the bases were covered — just in case some unexpected snafu should arise.
If there was any question of the lawfulness or authenticity of the pardons, the issues could be tied-up in Congress, and the courts for years. Then, if needed, appeals would kick-in. On and on . . .
Joe's grandkids will have grandkids by the time this stinking mess is sorted out. Except, little Navy Joan Roberts, Hunter's daughter by an Arkansas girlfriend in 2018. For some undisclosed reason she was banned from joining the exclusive Biden dynasty.
Ostracized to the irrational point she wasn't permitted to have a Christmas stocking hanging from the White House fireplace mantel. No gifts from Santa for her.
Ironically, the family dogs had one which, I'm sure, Mr. Claus left a few treats in.
A blessing in disguise? Maybe by the young age of three she had already seen there was no bright future in being a card-carrying member of that mixed-up outfit.
And the Star Witness to all this pandemonium, Joe Biden, won't have a clue what is going on. After all, he's just an old man with a poor memory who recently admitted he was responsible "for the pardons and executive orders."
Whether he was or not remains to be seen, since Joe's word on anything is instinctively taken with a couple of pounds of salt. Throw in a heaping helping of feeble mindedness and Joe may truly be "unindictable" — completely oblivious of what happened before, during and after his time as the leader of the Free World.
In the meantime, more than ten years later Democrats continue to finagle various schemes to impeach, prosecute, slander, intimidate, bankrupt, jail and remove Donald "Hitler" Trump from office by any means possible simply because they despise him to the point of suffering from self-induced paranoia.
Or, "Trump Derangement Syndrome" as it is usually called — a once comical political slam now believed to have real medical implications. Some people can dislike other people with such loathing that it actually warps their normal thought processes.
Whatever the case, it's looking like this whole sordid affair was premediated from the beginning: Get Trump while giving Joe a pass. Not the perfect crime, but close enough for Washington work.
Besides, what's Joe got to lose? Certainly not the odds-on favorite of being nominated "America's Worst President — Ever!"
It will probably be a long time before anyone bumps him from that ignominious position.
And even if they did, chances are he wouldn't notice. Just another day at the beach!
