"If it is true, the 2020 Presidential Election should be permanently wiped from the books and be of no further force or effect!" — President Donald Trump, Truth Social, April 24, 2026.

If recent multi-million-dollar fraud accusations against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) are valid, President Trump is suggesting the 2020 Presidential Election was probably equally tainted by SPLC fraud influences.

With ongoing federal investigations of massive fraud occurring in various states, this particular DOJ review could open another can of worms. Principally, were certain aspects of the 2020 General Election affected by questionable SPLC motivations?

Seems hardly a week passes without some kind of government-related nefarious conduct being revealed involving lies, deceptions and large amounts of money changing hands.

This latest blowup comes after a federal grand jury in Alabama returned 11 counts against the SPLC — wire fraud, bank fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

Supposedly, between 2014 - 2023, SPLC furnished about $3 million, through phony conduits to individuals associated with the Ku Klux Klan and neo-Nazi outfits, while at the same time proclaiming itself a foe of these organizations.

"The SPLC was not dismantling these groups," Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said during a Justice Department press briefing.

"It was instead manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred." — Newsmax, April 24, 2026.

Trump has maintained there was fraud occurring in the 2020 election cycle, while Joe Biden often commented "white supremacy" was one of the most dangerous civil threats facing our country.

Apparently, oblivious to the destructive antics of Antifa (anti-fascist) and other far-left activists, who's rioting, burning and looting of several cities was much more prominent, and costly.

Then again, Joe Biden often had difficulty discerning fantasy from reality. To such an extent his own Democrat Party officials eventually booted him from campaigning for reelection in 2024.

Following his disastrous performance during a presidential campaign debate with Trump, Dem bosses belatedly decided that was the final straw, explaining Joe was just "an elderly man with a poor memory" and needed replacement.

Insinuating, he really wasn't responsible for his failing cognitive issues. Therefore, go easy on the dude, because it's the humanitarian thing to do.

Except, before leaving office he was cognizant enough to pardon dozens of friends, family, criminals and his own son of various felonies and convictions — both now and in the future.

Or, someone within his circle of handlers was responsible for these deeds.

For all intents and purposes, and from the allegations reported by the grand jury, it appears the Southern Poverty Law Center was involved in one of the oldest tricks in the book — create a scandal where there is none and then offer the solution.

Sort of a spin-off of the time-worn "Show me the man, and I'll show you the crime" scam.

In other words, if the allegation is "white supremacy" or "racism," and everyone knows that's simply an excuse, then the SPLC can use the ruse to accept gifts and monetary donations as justification to promote its pretended prosecution of these fictitious wrongdoings.

Which might have worked if there wasn't a paper and money trail leading from various groups and individuals back to the SPLC.

On the other side, SPLC supporters reminded us "It's a blatantly obvious attack on civil rights and civil liberties to whitewash the foot soldiers of the great replacement theory and other extremists. This coalition isn't going silent," said Maya Wiley, president and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, an umbrella organization of hundreds of civil rights groups. — AP News, April 23, 2026.

Of course, this is just the opening round of a case that will probably involve multiple twists and turns as prosecutors, defenders and judges sort out the details.

Considering the plethora of super-expensive fraudulent schemes being exposed on almost a daily basis, the SPLC suit may get buried in the DOJ legal pile.

In the meantime, several members of Congress, and the current Minnesota Governor, have either resigned or announced they will not be seeking reelection.

Apparently, the shenanigans going on in the Blue Gopher State (MN), pale in comparison to the multi-billion-dollar schemes and scams being reported in Blue California.

The amounts of pilfering and embezzlement of your tax dollars is beyond belief. The sums are staggering.

However, foundation cracks supporting the wall of liberal and leftist policies are showing signs of stress. Democrats may deny it, but there's no refuting the evidence.

When the pendulum of public opinion — and even establishment press begins to swing the other way — certain folks get a little jittery and run for the exits.

Or, lawyer up.

Especially, when it's reported they are probably part of the problem!!!
