Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me. — John 14:5–6
When was the last time you stopped and truly smelled the roses—not just the scent, but the staggering miracle of nature and our awareness of it?
Take the lowly honeybee. Its complex society has thrived for at least 14 million years—long before God breathed the spirit of self-awareness into another of His creatures: human beings. And it’s only in the smallest fraction of that time that we’ve managed to live together in large societies.
Honeybee societies survive through a genetically encoded Hive Mind. Human societies, by contrast, survive through cooperation rooted in a spiritual law imprinted on our souls by God Himself: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” That, my friends, is our Hive Mind.
But the Hive Mind only works when it’s oriented toward the good. The health of the hive depends on the health of the individual bees. And this goes for human society as well. Bees communicate through pheromones and body language, acting in concert like one organism. But they act by instinct. We act by choice.
And here’s the rub: what happens when human society chooses wrong over right—evil over good? What happens when opinions masquerade as facts, untethered from experience, tradition, or reality? What happens when people ignore truth and embrace insanity? Nothing good. That’s for sure.
Just look around. We have a government that’s completely out of control, lorded over by nameless, faceless bureaucrats—many of them left-wing ideologues or useful idiots, brainwashed by the very institutions that were supposed to teach them how to think. Common sense tells us: a society that ignores the lessons of history has no future.
The last administration was run by a senile old fool who spent his entire career enriching himself while dismantling the fabric of our republic. Our medical establishment, once a beacon of healing, now pushes pharmaceutical euthanasia. We have an industry dedicated to murdering the unborn. And now, that same establishment is butchering men, women—and God help us—children, based on the delusion that they are of another gender. All this, and so much more, in the pursuit of profit and power.
At the heart of their worldview is a rejection of the laws of nature and nature’s God. They claim to be the way, the truth, and the life—and insist that no one comes to truth but through them—but they lie!
"I am the way, the truth, and the life…” —John 14:6
God is not smiling on humanity today. And if this is who we are now—if this is what we’ve become—I’d rather be a honeybee.
