A. Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance No. 1260: An Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map for several tracts of land from a Commercial District to the Residential A Single-Family (RA) District described as: Lot Seven and the North Half of Lot Five, Block Seventeen, in Silver Heights Addition to the Town of Silver City, Grant County, New Mexico. The property address is 1707 Yucca Street and the applicant is Joseph F. Mendoza.
