WNMU Board of Regents virtual meeting

What: The Western New Mexico University Board of Regents meeting during which new members will be introduced, new officers will be elected, and the university’s 4K Initiative Plan will be presented. The board will also consider the 2021-2022 student fees and honorary doctorate degrees, hearing an informational report from WNMU President Dr. Joseph Shepard. Who: New WNMU Board of Regents members Lyndon Haviland and Dr. Daniel H. Lopez, along with new Student Regent Brenda Hernandez Gonzales, will join Regent Vice Chair Dr. Mary Hotvedt and Janice Baca Argabright for the meeting. WNMU President Dr. Joseph Shepard and Dr. Hotvedt are set to present agenda items.
When: The WNMU Board of Regents executive session starts at 8:30 a.m., while the regular session is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Monday, March 29.
Where: In accordance with the protocols intended to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the regular session will be held over Zoom at https://wnmu.zoom.us/j/5755386880. A recording of the meeting will be posted on the WNMU Board Meetings video archive webpage.
