Rev. Azima Lila Forest will present a reflection on the meaning of home, and what makes us feel at home.
Rev. Forest is a retired Unitarian Universalist minister and a teacher and student on the universal Sufi path. She has long worked with understanding the meanings and interpretations of dreams and is a spiritual guide. She has lived in Silver City for 20 years and is a member of the Silver City UU Fellowship.
There are speakers on the patio if you wish to enjoy the service outside.
This Sunday there will be a Children’s Religious Education program. Parents are invited to bring children four years old and above to attend youth-led classes. Ninth grader Ivy Stephens-Etheridge, a former CRE student, will read a story and lead a lesson on the theme of “Friendship” this Sunday.
