No active flames/looks like it was burned recently/looks to have heat in it/unknown if it is smoking/possible brush. UMVFD acknowledged call from Dispatch. GCSO deputy advised no smoke at this time/smoldering in middle of pile/advised to have Fire pour water on it. UMVFD on scene/going to bring brush truck and hose it down.

Semi has smoke and flames coming out the back of the truck/caller was able to get the semi to pull over/it is a tire/they are past the railroad tracks HPD officer advised driver is attempting to pull the tractor from the trailer/northbound lane is shut down. Bayard VFD stated fire is out/mopping up. BPD advised inside lane is open for northbound traffic.

Caller advised over an hour ago he observed a couple with an RV setting up camp possibly with an open fire/couldn't tell if they had a fire pit or were cooking food. PAVFD advised they have units responding/campers on private land/smoke is from a chimney/everything is okay/units are departing.
