Fraud/embezzlement – E. Highway 180 – Silver City (GCSO) – the victim advised he purchased coins off an ad but once he received them he believed them to be fraudulent. The coins were shipped to the U.S. Secret Service for further processing.

Traffic stop – Truck Bypass – Dring the traffic stop, SFSTs were administered and Juan Carlos Leyva Palomo was arrested on aggravated DWI and an open container and booked into the GCDC.

Aggravated battery-knife – Valle de Uvas – Mimbres – 12:53 p.m. – Deputies responded to an ambulance where an altercation took place between the patient, Kel Avena, and EMS personnel, while en route to GRMC for medical treatment for Avena. Avena was located in the ambulance and transported to GRMC without further incident. The injured EMS personnel were also transported for treatment.
