Driving while intoxicated – W. 12th Street – Silver City (12th Street Snappy) – Rudy Rivera was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a minor in a vehicle and aggravated DWI and booked into the GCDC. Rivera also had a fugitive warrant out of Colorado for criminal sexual penetration. The two juveniles in the car were later picked up by the grandmother – a CYFD referral was made in this matter.
