Colten Ethan Davis, 31, a resident of Andrews, TX entered eternal rest Monday, March 16, 2026 at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews, TX. He was born July 19, 1994 in El Paso, TX to Darrell Wayne and Janis Charlene (Garner) Davis. For a short 19 months he was the center of their world before welcoming his little brother, Cordell Davis into their family. Through their childhood they were inseparable and were truly best friends up until the time of Colten' passing. Colten passed away unexpectedly due to a medical event on March 16th. He is leaving behind a legacy of deep and unwavering love.
Colten was a mischievous little boy that soon turned into a mischievous grown man! If you knew Colten from 4-H Rodeos, FFA, Church or Cliff School functions you would know that Colten was always up for a prank or a good laugh. He loved every trip he took that he could share his passions for FFA and making memories with the scores of friends he met along the way. Many of these were friends that stayed in contact even after that journey had ended.
Colten married his devoted and loving wife, Diana (Cook) Davis in March 2023. Through their love and cherished time on this earth they were blessed by God to have a son, Quincy Davis in March 2024. Their son was truly the largest blessing of their lives. Diana and Quincy were the center of his world. The birth of his son was truly what transformed Colten from a boy to a man.
One of the most important relationships he had in his life was that of loving the Lord. If you knew Colten, he was always curious and wanted to know how and why things worked. This was no different when it came to dissecting and analyzing scripture and always asking questions looking for the deeper meaning; would be a believer and follower of our Lord with all his heart and we know that he is rejoicing in Heaven with the angels and all of his family members that went before him.
It takes a village to raise a child and that is one thing Colten was never short of was a village. Colten was blessed to have the love of a massive blended family from near and far. Darrell and LeAndra Davis (Dad & Mom), Joe & Janis Garner (Dad & Mom), and the Fantastic Four " Colten, Cordell, Kelsey, Lacy." During Colten's 31 years in his earthly form, it was rare for him to be seen not smiling or sharing jokes. Whether you knew Colten for a day or a decade; know he loved wholly and entirely.
He is survived by his loving wife, Diana (Cook) Davis of the family home; his son, Quincy Davis of Andrews, TX; parents, Darrell and LeAndra Davis, Joe and Janis Garner, and John and Robin Cook (in-laws); siblings, Cordell (Kayli) Davis, Ashley Ortega, Kelsey Garner, Lacy (Fabien) Gutierrez, and Jake Cook (in-law); grandparents, Mike and Linda Brown, Grady Littleton and Sandy Williamson, and Patricia Faulkner; his nephews, Dillon Garza, Madison Ortega, and Casey Davis; Cousins, James Moron, Melissa Nuñez, Randy Blood, Mike Davis, Faith Aragon, Roper and Ronen Williamson, and Samantha Jones; aunts and uncles, Steve and Jolene Jones, Jubal and Lindy Williamson, Justin Williamson, Darrell and Maria Shelton, David and Shery Price, Mike and Michelle Davis, Wayne and Shauna Littleton, Gary and Shelley Littleton, and Jimmy and Regina Littleton.
