Patricia B. Gonzalez, 79, a resident of Glendale, AZ entered eternal rest Monday, September 7, 2026, at her son's residence in Glendale, AZ. She was born on June 27, 1947, to Alberto G. Silvas and Ramona (Berrelleza) Silvas, in Lordsburg, NM.
Those who knew Patricia will remember her warm smile, her caring heart, and the kindness she so freely gave. She had a way of making people feel welcome, heard, and loved. She was a kind, friendly, and caring woman who loved her family deeply. A devoted wife, she cherished the years she shared with her late husband, Deciderio Gonzalez Jr., and carried his memory in her heart after his passing.
She remained faithful to God throughout her life and found strength and peace in Him. Through times of happiness and times of sorrow, she trusted in the Lord and found comfort in her faith. She was known for her quiet kindness, caring spirit, beautiful smile, and generous heart she gave so freely.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and cherished memories. She will be greatly missed. She was an example of a woman who lived with grace, humility, and a loving heart. May she rest in peace and in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior.
She is survived by her sons, Hiladrio Gonzalez, of Mesa, AZ, Mario Gonzalez, of Glendale, AZ, and Manuel Gonzalez, of Sierra Vista, AZ; her daughter Heather Gonzalez, of Glendale, AZ, her siblings Cecelia Silvas, Elma Silvas, Nancy Silvas, Rudy Silvas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alberto and Ramona Silvas, her husband Deciderio Gonzalez Jr., her and her brothers, Albert Silvas, and Raymond Silvas.
Services for Patricia, will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at St. Josephs Catholic Church, in Lordsburg, N. Visitation will begin at 10:30am, and funeral mass will follow at 11:00am with Father Jude Okonkwo officiating. Committal will take place at 12:30, at Shakespeare Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Isabel Gonzalez, Heather Gonzalez, Manuel Gonzalez, Hector Hiladrio Gonzalez, Gideon Gonzalez, and David Gonzalez. Honorary pallbearer will be Skywalker Gonzalez.
