to threatened or pending litigation in which the public body is or may become a participant.

14. Approval / Disapproval that the Town of Silver City shall continue to own and

exclusively manage the operation of the Silver City Museum, and that the Town shall negotiate with a separate entity who shall act solely in a fund-raising capacity for the Museum with no Museum operational control.
