The Town of Silver City Council will hold a Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

A. Acceptance of Expenditure Report for April 2026.

B. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2026-16: A RESOLUTION BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, GRANT COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, HEREBY AUTHORIZES FILING OF AN APPLICATION AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR FUNDING ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE NEW MEXICO FINANCE AUTHORITY WATER PROJECT FUND FOR FUNDING FROM THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE AND LEGAL FEES FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS.

C. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2026-17: A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO THE SILVER CITY MUNICIPAL POOL SCHEDULE AND FEES.
