NMSU Grant County Extension is hosting a Fermentation Workshop!

Monday, July 27, 2026 - 1:00-5:00 pm

Come learn science and safety based canning techniques from a Master Food Preserver. Instruction will include fermentation for sauerkraut. Recipes featured are great for the preservation of this staple food!

Location: Grant County Extension Office

Fee: $25 to cover supplies (cash or check only please) Due the day of Class
