karen starzKaren Starz will talk about judgement and the various types of judgement and how it affects people and their decisions.

Karen Starz resides in the Southwest High Desert in Truth or Consequences. She has a deep connection with the land and its animals. She is a certified trainer through the Center for Nonviolent Communication and one of three in the State of New Mexico. She is currently president of the Network for NVC as well as an active trainer offering Peer Learning and Mentoring Groups worldwide specifically in the Americas and Nigeria, Africa for potential candidates, restorative circles and mediation work as well as offering workshops worldwide.



Starz creates an atmosphere of fun and play in her workshops while delving into challenging topics. She is a friend of the Silver City Community and the Lotus Center. She believes that nonviolent communication builds discernment based on a deep understanding of our interdependence as one living system. She particularly enjoys working with activists and change agents, supporting them in being heard and getting their message across.

All ages are welcome to attend the Sunday program.
