The regular monthly board meeting of the Grant Soil and Water Conservation District will be held Monday, September 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the NRCS Building, Suite C; 3082 32nd Steet Bypass; Silver city, NM  88061.   The meeting is open to the public.

Finding Your Center with Cordelia Rose is every Wednesday starting September 16 from 1:30--3:00PM. Join us for a 90-minute class that begins with pranayama and just sitting in the present moment. Gentle asana follows, warming up the muscles and easing the joints while keeping the mind calm. Asanas vary from class to class, but follow a rhythm starting with sun salutations and continuing through seated, supine, prone and standing to inverted asanas. The class winds down with pranayama, savasana with yoga nidra, and closes with hasta mudra, chanted mantra and a moment of seated stillness. OM.
