We are having a public music recital on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 3 pm at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. This is a community outreach to provide trained local musicians an outlet to share their craft. The church is located at Texas and 7th street in downtown Silver City. The recital is open to the public with no cost. A reception follows.

Single-wide trailer on fire/the whole side of the trailer is engulfed in flames. BFD page HPD and XCFD. NMSP now on scene. Bayard Police Department officer advised hydrant on Poplar and Pine. BFD request ambulance for 46-year-old male with smoke inhalation. Gas Co. advised. FBVFD advised.
