Makers Market

Saturday, September 18, 2021, 10:00am - 02:00pm

The Makers Market will be running every Saturday from 10am to 2pm, May 1 - October 30, in the Main Street Plaza in downtown Silver City. As part of our market model, we cannot accept the selling of resale items, so everything is 100% handmade, homemade, and homegrown by artists, crafters, and growers from local shops or surrounding communities. We are currently looking for vendors with both essential and non essential products! Please contact us if you would like to join or have questions about being an essential vendor!

We will be implementing COVID-19 safety restrictions and recommendations such as social distancing, 10ft booth distancing, and proper use of masks (face shields must be used in tandem with face masks). We will be providing hand sanitizers for each booth and we’ll even have a hands free handwashing station. We know that laws are lifting and vaccinations are being rapidly administered, but as a public community event, we have to put safety first; so we will be actively enforcing these restrictions and monitoring during the market.

If you have any questions about the Makers Market, want to get involved, volunteer, or want to know more about the Future Forge Makerspace, please contact us! We’d be happy to answer all your concerns!
