GonzalesAnthony1 GONZALES: Anthony "Bo" Gonzales, 39, of Tucson, AZ passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tucson, AZ. Anthony was born July 14, 1986 in Silver City, NM to Antonio A. Gonzales and Cynthia Holladay.

Anthony was an excellent cook and baker which was one of his passions whether in a restaurant or for his family. Anthony was recognized for his baking while working at Diane's Bakery. In 2009 Anthony received an award for Employee of the Year by the New Mexico Restaurant Association. He appeared in the newspaper, magazine and on the news for this outstanding award. Anthony's other passion was truck driving. While working for Amazon he was the top driver after only 2 weeks of being on the job. Anthony went to Truck Driving school in Phoenix, AZ where he was then employed by Schneider Trucking. Within the first month of over the road driving he was the Top driver in the nation for driving the most miles. Anthony was a hard worker and excelled at every job he was given. Anthony was loved by everyone he knew and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his parents of Silver City, NM his sister Sarah Castillo (Tony) of Santa Clara, NM, one daughter Jysel Gonzales of Anthony, NM, one son Kane Gonzales of Houston, TX, one special niece Azlynn Castillo of Santa Clara, NM and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

GonzalesAnthony2 He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Sarah Gonzales, maternal grandparents James and Marlene Holladay and several uncles and aunts.

Visitation will be Friday, August 12, 2025 at 11:30 am – 12 pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels in Santa Clara, NM with funeral service commencing at 12 pm with Pastor Joseph Gros officiating.

Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory. Arrangements are with Terrazas Funeral Chapels and Crematory "Trust care for the ones you love" ~ 575-537-0777. To send condolences, visit www.terrazasfuneralchapel.com.
