Legal Notices
The Beat charges $20 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered by an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits, from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting.
For example, if you want something posted three times, that will be $60 for the legal ads, plus $75 for a convenience fee for the notarization process.
If no notarization is required, the legal will be posted and will disappear when the item is archived at a later date.

The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Regular Meeting on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for the Regular Meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov.

The agenda for the Work Session may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the work session; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov.
