The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

SPECIAL MEETING – October 24, 2023
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Special Meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov . If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. The meeting will be livestreamed on the County Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/GrantCountyNM / and available later as a recording on the County's website at www.grantcountynm.gov .

Sealed bids for the general construction of "Harrison Schmitt Elementary Parking Lot Project, Phase 2" will be received by the Business Office at the Administrative Offices located at 2810 N. Swan Street, Silver City, New Mexico until 2:00 PM, MST, Tuesday, November 7, 2023. At that time all bids received before closing will be publicly opened at the Administrative Office and read aloud. Any Bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. Bidders are invited to submit bids for the construction work listed on the bid form.
Specifications and contract documents may be examined, without charge, in the Business Office at the Administrative Office at the above address where they are on file for public inspection. As well as on the District website; www.silverschools.org  In the departments tab under the Business Office, by requesting a copy of the documents from Andrea Martin at Amartin@silverschools.org  or by phone at 575-956-2030.
Bid security is required of the General Contractor, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, on an acceptable bidder's bond, as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract promptly and execute the required performance bond and payment bond.
