April 22, 2025 I Sixth Judicial District Attorney Norman R. Wheeler announced today that TREEUON ROBINSON, 30, was found guilty by a Silver City Jury of Violation of Order of Protection. This case was prosecuted by Deputy DA Mark Abramson and Senior Trial Attorney Greg Bradford. ROBINSON was sentenced to unsupervised probation and must attend anger management classes. Silver City Magistrate Judge Grijalva presided over the hearing. The jury deliberated for 20 minutes.

The victim and a witness presented evidence that ROBINSON had violated the restraining order by sending several friend requests on Snapchat—clear violations of the specific language of the order. Immediately after the trial ended, ROBINSON was served in the court parking lot with another Order of Protection, just hours before the expiration of the current order.

The District Attorney's office staff: Bobbiejo Hernandez, Barb Gors and Victim's Advocate – Tammy Dean were instrumental in assisting with this case.
