911 call. Caller can hear a lot of screaming and arguing/male and female yelling/thinks they are intoxicated. Officer en route.

Caller stated two subjects are physically fighting/they are intoxicated. Officer requesting ambulance for 18-year-old male bleeding from the nose and bruising on the face/advised EMS to stage by the back door.

Caller advised miniature devices are in his vehicle/one of his neighbors is manipulating the devices causing them to make phone calls/they are breathing and talking about sex/requesting a call.

Has not seen anyone around it. Officer advised everything is okay/the door has some problems/going to try and fix it.

Harassment
Rogers Street
Caller asked them to move their car and they reacted. Caller informed the officer her neighbors blocked her car from being able to leave.
Noise complaint
Virginia Street – 10:56 p.m.
Neighbor and caller are both in RVs.
