Deputy made contact with caller at the Grant County Sheriff's Office/caller stated a male went into the Assessor's Office and began to clean his nails with a pen/he was asked to leave and was somewhat confrontational/the male left the building.

Caller's soon-to-be ex-husband hasn't been heard from in a week/he's from T or C but has been in the Silver City area for about three weeks/he's driving a red Harley-Davidson or a black 2004 Dodge Ram. Deputy – out at a Highway 90 address.

A named female threw a wood pallet at caller/she has been told multiple times to clean up/she is back in the garden area/wants her removed and a 24-hour CTW issued. Officer issued the 24-hour CTW to the Seasonal Overnight Shelter.

Caller stated she heard the dogs barking and someone knocking on the door/thinks it may be (redacted) trying to cause trouble/caller does not want contact/advised one of her dogs went missing last night. Deputy – negative contact with anyone else on the property.

Caller advised a lot of graffiti in white is on the side of the mountain/wants it cleaned up. DOT advised it might not be until tomorrow but will see if someone can go out today.
Loud music
Romero Avenue – Hurley – 8:35 p.m.
Caller says they have been playing loud music at this address. Deputy – spoke with homeowner and was told there was no loud music playing/units will be clear.
Domestic disturbance
Camino Seco – Arenas Valley – 9:22 p.m.
Dispatcher can hear a lot of yelling and arguing/caller answered and is not answering questions/advised she did not need to answer anything/advised she is having problems with a female and disconnected the line. Caller advised someone was sick and needed to take her to the hospital. Dispatcher asked if an ambulance was needed and caller disconnected the line again. Deputy advised made contact with (redacted) who stated she needed to go to . . .

Caller is concerned because a named male left the house on foot a few hours ago and it is unknown where he was going/he can't see well. Dispatcher advised they would have a deputy give her a call. Deputy – has contact on C and 4th streets/dropped the male off at home.

Can see and smell smoke coming out of a yard. Upper Mimbres VFD direct with page. Deputy – fire was extinguished/homeowner was advised of no burn restrictions/fire is out/advised subject if LE or VFD returns he will be cited.

Mira Loma Road – Arenas Valley
Residential alarm/residential name is not there right now/they want dispatch. Deputy – contact with male outside/all windows and doors are secured.
