With all the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives, BTNM knows just how hard it can be to stay up to date on what happens when our representatives convene in Santa Fe.

But with what has unfolded in our legislature over the past several sessions and a vital primary and general election coming in June and November, there has never been a more important time to get involved in the fight for New Mexico.

State representatives on the far Left have continuously launched assaults on parental rights, family values, the economy, and election security over the last two sessions, specifically with the passage of these six laws in 2023:

HB 7 Reproductive & Gender Affirming Healthcare
HB 207 Expanding Human Rights Act
SB 13 Reproductive Health Provider Protections
SB 397 School-Based Healthcare Centers
HB 4 Voting Rights Protections
SB 180 Election Changes

At first, BTNM was involved in gathering in-person petition signatures to put these six laws on a referendum ballot in November, where voters would have the final say as to whether or not they would be repealed. Unfortunately, after over a year of hard work, we were not able to collect nearly enough signatures by the June deadline.

But BTNM is not giving up - we’ve moved our petition efforts online! Our plan now is to deliver these petition signatures to the legislature in January and request those laws be repealed. Your support will help us turn up the pressure and let lawmakers know just how many New Mexicans oppose their radical decision-making.

Sign the Not My Kid Petition!

Please share this petition with everyone you know! We need as many signatures as possible before early voting for the general election begins in October, and we will continue our efforts up to the January 2025 legislative session!
