LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 7th at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Building located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.

TA 25-01: A request for recommendation of various amendments to certain provisions of the Land Use and Zoning Code of 2010 and updating the title to the Land Use and Zoning Code of 2025 to the Town Council. The applicant is the Town of Silver City, represented by the Community Development Department.
