LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

A. Approval / Disapproval of a Public Celebration Permit: for the Small Business Saturday & 35th Annual Lighted Christmas Parade Party November 29, 2025, with alcohol served from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm at 214 W. Yankie Street, Silver City, New Mexico. Liquor License Holder: 1) Open Space Brewing, License #SBL-000112, P. O. Box 2369, Silver City, NM 88062.

B. Approval / Disapproval of a Public Celebration Permit: for Holiday Party, December 13, 2025, with alcohol served from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm at 214 W. Yankie Street, Silver City, New Mexico. Liquor License Holder: 1) Open Space Brewing, License #SBL-000112, P. O. Box 2369, Silver City, NM 88062.

C. Approval / Disapproval of a Public Celebration Permit: for Holiday Market, December 11, 2025, with alcohol served from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm at 601 N. Bullard Street, Silver City, New Mexico. Liquor License Holder: 1) Little Toad Creek LLC, License #SBL-000032, 203 S. Mill Road, Silver City, NM 88061

D. Approval / Disapproval of Affirmation of Local Board, as required by State of New Mexico Public Employee's Bargaining Act, Section 10-7E-10D(1)
