LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Historic Design Review Committee will hold a regular meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, in the Community Development Department at the City Hall Annex, 1203 N. Hudson St., Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.

HD 25-19: Certificate of Compliance for the addition of a three-foot-tall fence. The materials may include either a white picket or white iron with a Victorian-style design. The property is addressed as 1203 N Virginia St, Silver City, NM. The applicant is Immersive Estates LLC.

HD 25-20: Certificate of Compliance for a reroof, using a hot tar rolled roof. The property is addressed at 609 W. Market St, Silver City, NM. The applicant is Brendon Lamoreaux and is represented by Hotchkiss Brothers Construction.

HD 25-21: Certification of Compliance for a deck extension, using pressure-treated lumber to replicate the deck's original appearance. The property is addressed at 600 S. Texas St. The applicants are Marianne Butak and Claude Pettis, represented by David Grijalva with DG Construction LLC.
