The Town of Silver City Historic Design Review Committee will hold a regular meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, in the Community Development Department at the City Hall Annex, 1203 N. Hudson St., Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.

HD 25-24: Certificate of Compliance for a carport, using bell-hipped asphalt shingles to match the primary structure's shingles. This carport will also have solar panels installed on the east and west roof slopes. The property is addressed at 503 N. E St., Silver City, NM. The applicants are Ellen Schweigert and Gordon West.
HD 25-25:Certificate of Compliance for a reroof as well as window replacement. Replacing the shingles with CFS metal roofing and replacing the older windows with vinyl double-hung windows. The property is addressed at 608 C St., Silver City, NM, 88061, and the applicants are Stan Snider & Geralyn Ondrey.
