Legal Notices
The Beat charges $20 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered by an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits, from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting.
For example, if you want something posted three times, that will be $60 for the legal ads, plus $75 for a convenience fee for the notarization process.
If no notarization is required, the legal will be posted and will disappear when the item is archived at a later date.

A quorum of the Gila Regional Medical Center's Board of Trustee may be in attendance for a luncheon at Jalisco's Restaurant on Friday October 24, 2025 at 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. for a Chief Financial Officer, (CFO) Candidate interview, and also at the GRMC Foundation Murder at the Murray Hotel Gala on Friday October 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Murray Hotel, located at 200 W. Broadway Street, Silver City, NM 88061.
These are not a formal meetings of the Board of Trustees, and no action will be taken. The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees will be on Wednesday November 5, 2025.
