For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 44, TAXATION, ARTICLE III, LODGER’S TAX, SECTION 44-115, EXEMPTIONS TO ARTICLE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO.

The Council of the Town of Silver City, Grant County, New Mexico hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt an amendment to its Code of Ordinances pursuant to the Town of Silver City Code of Ordinances.  This notice is given the title as follows:

SPECIAL MEETING – August 22, 2023
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061.  The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager’s Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov. If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. The Grant County Water Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 3:00 PM at the Town of Silver City, City Annex – 1st Floor Conference Room located at 1203 N.
