Rotary Club "End Polio Now" Reception

The Rotary Clubs of Silver City and Deming will co-host a World Polio Day reception and 
fundraiser to help in the global End Polio Now effort The featured speaker will be Kit Turpen, past district Governor in of Rotary District 5520. Rotary initiated this project more than 25 years ago,
and is joined by the World Health Organization, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and many different countries. The Silver City and Deming Rotary Clubs make significant contributions to local non-profit organizations, and members also support international charitable work through The Rotary Foundation. The reception is open to the public, and those wishing to contribute can
send a check made out to The Rotary Foundation, P.O. Box 867, Silver
City, NM 88062.
