B. Staff Reports. – 1) Fire Chief report concerning safety and fire code inspections, and 2) Legislative update by Assistant Town Manager.

A. Approval / Disapproval of an Ordinance amending Appendix C (Land Use and Zoning Code of 2010), Article I (General Provisions), Sections 1.3.1, 1.5.2; Article II (Definitions), Section 2.2; Article III (District Regulations), Table 3.2, Section 3.3.2 C) 3) and Section 3.4.1 C) 14), Table 3.34.2, Section 3.4.2 A) 7); Article V (Development Standards) Section 5.9.1 B, 5.9.2 A) 6), Section 5.15; Article VI (Administration), Section 6.2.12 A), Table 6.3.1, Section 6.3.14 of the Town of Silver City Municipal Code.


11. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA - Note: All matters listed under Item 11, Approval of Consent Agenda are considered routine by the Town Council and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

A. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-05: Adopting a Fair Housing Policy.

B. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-06: Citizen Participation Plan CDBG Program.

C. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-07: Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Plan and Certification.

D. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-08: Section 3 Plan.

E. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-09: CDBG Procurement Policy.

A. Approval / Disapproval of a Public Celebration Permit Application and waiver of NMSA 1978 60-6B-10 for alcohol sales near a church for the Annual Meeting of the Archaeological Society of New Mexico to be held at the Murray Hotel, 200 W. Broadway, Silver City, NM on April 26-27, 2019 with alcohol service from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on April 26 and from 5:00 pm to 8 pm on April 27. Liquor License Holder: La Esperanza Vineyard, LLC, 100 De La O, San Lorenzo, NM
