The Town of Silver City Council will hold a public hearing during their remote Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 6:00 PM. Public input must be submitted by email by 4:00 PM on January 11, 2021 to the Town Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please enter "Public Input" in the subject line of the email. The comments will be distributed to the Mayor and Council and be entered into the record of the Council Meeting.

A. Approval / Disapproval of Appeal 20-01: A Variance Request to allow a carport structure to remain in the twenty-foot front setback of the property addressed as 1307 North Loop, Silver City, NM. The applicant is Gilbert Helton.
