Western New Mexico University will host a week-long workshop with ceramic artist Bianka Groves as part of this year's Silver City CLAY Festival. Groves is a New Mexico-based artist whose work has been shown across the United States and Sweden and has been published in Ceramics Monthly and The Studio Potter.

Taking place every July in Silver City, New Mexico, the CLAY Festival gathers artists, collectors, educators, and families for a week-long series of events to explore clay in its many forms as well as its impact on our history, present, and future. The CLAY Festival takes place July 14-20, 2025. The workshop with Bianka Groves will be July 14-18, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
