Grant County 4-H members demonstrated outstanding knowledge and skill at the 2025 New Mexico State 4-H Pasture and Range Management Contest held April 2–4 in Las Cruces.
The Grant County team earned 2nd Place Overall, with team members Kayleigh Massengill, Addison Jones, and Bella Lopez. The team was expertly coached by Carlie Gatlin. From left are Gatlin, Massengill, Lopez and Jones.
In individual achievements, Kayleigh Massengill was awarded 1st High Point Individual, while Bella Lopez earned 5th High Point Individual—a testament to their hard work and dedication to rangeland science and management.
