Steyskal Street
Advised a bicycle is on his property and it does not belong to him/neighbors don't claim ownership either/bicycle is green with Hard Rock Specialized on the frame. Officer made contact with caller and advised if they don't claim the property he can do whatever he wants with it. Caller walked off and stated he would throw it in the street/clear.

Domestic disturbance
Runnels Drive
Caller stated she can hear a male and a female fighting with each other/she can hear them pushing and shoving each other. Second caller stated a bunch of people are fighting outside.

Tuesday, Oct. 28

Breaking and entering

Caller has been taking care of the residence and she found the window to the carport open when she came back to the house/some things which were in the house are now outside.

Male putting items in his pockets/he walked to the store. Officer issued the male a two-year CTW

Wednesday, Oct. 29

Shoplifting

A male and a female just came into the store and took some burritos, gum, and a drink/one of them has a CTW/they left in an older model, beat-up pickup.

Fire is in the front yard. (Redacted) put the fire out/it may smolder a little.

Thursday, Oct. 30

Smoke
Fahey Street
Caller advised a lot of black and greyish smoke behind the house/caller wants to get it checked out. Dispatched BFD/they will be there shortly.

Shoplifting – Hot pursuit

Driver has a goatee/caller has the video. Caller called back advising the subject flashed a pistol at them and he just drove by and did it again. Traffic stop at the Santa Clara Dollar General/going toward Bayard/headed north on Bellm/north on Ft Bayard.

Saturday, Nov. 1

Domestic disturbance
1001 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller stated he is a caregiver for his girlfriend and he was trying to help her use the bathroom and she beat him up/he is no longer at her apartment/he is at his own apartment. Caller stated she keeps trying to contact him/they live together and she continuously kicks him out and then takes him back in. Officer has one male in investigative detention/advised the male left and will be staying with his parents. Officer will frequent patrol for next six hours.

Sunday, Nov. 2

Shoplifting
1001 Tom Foy Blvd.
A female loaded two bags of dog food into vehicle and came back inside and is taking more items/driving a Dodge Durango/female is still in the store.

Controlled burn
Mayo and East streets
Caller advised she noticed an unsupervised burn happening/the fire looked like it was overflowing/it was in a burn barrel. Advised the fire is not that big/BFD was informed of the incident.

Disturbance
East Street
Female in a white SUV honking her horn/caller stated the female has been threatening her as well/she wants a CTW issued to (redacted). Officer advised the female left the premises.
