A named male is burning stuff inside his residence again – gives off foul odor/advised by the time the fire department gets there he puts it out/it is putting off a lot of smoke.

Monday, Sept. 15

Dead end of (?)
Cannot see smoke can only smell a fire/caller states she knows her neighbors are always burning things. BFD Unit 1 negative contact with smoke or fire/going to check the area again/did have contact with a family which is BBQing.

Saturday, Sept. 20

Caller advised they have a fire. Caller thinks it is contained. Caller is concerned because they have no running water or utilities to put it out if it does get out of hand. Unit 17 on scene/did have a fire outside but it is out now.

Ridge Road -- Salars
Just behind house about three miles/possibly across from the detention center/can see black smoke. Second caller advised a lot of black smoke. E11 advised to bring in off shift. Another caller advised it is tires burning. Tyrone VFD didn't acknowledge page. Unable to reach Grant County Fire Command 1 on county fire.

(Redacted) has a fire and no water. Caller advised there is a lot of smoke. HPD officer – fire was out prior to arrival.
