• 12/1/25- Deputies responded to a larceny complaint on Twin Sisters Creek Rd. Reported was a stolen angel statue holding two dogs valued at $400.00.
• 12/2/25- Deputies responded to a vehicle crash with no injuries on W 12th and West St.
• 12/2/25- Deputies responded to a burglary complaint off of Fierro Rd. Reported stolen was a small safe that contained personal documentation. Entry was gained through the kitchen window of the home.
• 12/2/25- Deputies responded to a criminal damage complaint located at an address off of Hwy 180 W. A window was broken during the hour of operations and employees reported a gunshot as the window broke. The window was valued at $500.00.
• 12/3/25- Deputies responded to a vehicle crash on Hwy 180 and the Santa Clara Dollar General. No injuries were reported at the time of the crash.
• 12/3/25- Deputies responded to a second vehicle crash on Hwy 180 and the Santa Clara Dollar General. No injuries were reported at the time of the crash.
• 12/3/25- Deputies responded to a disturbance off of Burk Loop. After investigation it was determined a battery occurred. a criminal summons will be issued to Jennifer Rayl for battery.
• 12/3/25- Deputies contacted Jeremy Abeyta at Wal-Mart. Mr. Abeyta had an active arrest order with a no bond set. Mr. Abeyta was taken into custody and booked into the Grant County Detention Center.
• 12/3/25- Deputies responded to a vehicle crash on Hwy 180 and Madison Rd. No injuries were reported.
• 12/4/25- Deputies conducted a writ of restitution at an address on Taylor St. Bayard, NM. During the writ Michael Alirez had two active warrants with a no bond set from Judge Grijalva. Mr. Alirez was taken into custody and booked into the Grant County Detention Center.
• 12/4/25- Deputies responded to a structure fire at an address on Eureka Rd. Upon arrival deputies observe a propane tank activity burning along with the structure completely burnt to the ground. This case is under investigation and ongoing.
• 12/4/25- Deputies responded to a public service call in reference to a larceny complaint that occurred on Little Walnut Rd. The victim stated lotion valued at $30 along with a tax return valued at $300-400 was taken from her mailbox.
• 12/5/25- Deputies responded to disturbance call on N. Hurley Rd. After investigation deputies arrest Annalee Turner for an outstanding warrant. Sher was transported and booked into the Grant County Detention Center.
• 12/5/25- Deputies responded to a suicide threat on Arenas Valley Rd. Deputies contacted the individual who made the accusations and transported him the Gila Regional Medical Center for evaluation.
• 12/5/25- Deputies responded to a vehicle crash on Hwy 35 mm 8. No injuries were reported at time of the crash.
• 12/5/25- Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 35 mm 7. Cody McClain the driver was arrest on four outstanding warrants with a no bond set. He was booked and transported to the Grant County Detention Center.
• 12/5/25- Deputies responded to a vehicle crash on Jack Rabbit Rd. No injuries were reported.
• 12/5/25- Deputies responded to a vehicle crash on C St. Hurley, NM. Minor injuries were reported to the driver hand.
• 12/5/25- Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 180 and Durango. The driver Robert Teran was placed under arrest for aggravated driving while intoxicated.
• 12/6/25- Deputies responded to a shoplifting that occurred at the Dollar General in Santa Clara. Review of video surveillance and follow-up investigation are ongoing.
• 12/6/25- Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance complain on Covellite Rd, Tyrone NM. After investigation Wando Mendoza was placed under arrest for battery against a household member.
