66-year-old male unresponsive/was recently in the hospital/trying to get a pulse. Deputy – start OMI/OMI will be about an hour.

White vehicle parked outside. Deputy out with a white Dodge Charger/down the roadway is a male with his shirt off.

Criminal damage to property
Royal John Mine Road – Lower Mimbres
Damage to mailbox after someone tried to get into it.

Santa Rita Mine Road – Vanadium
Female walking in middle of the road. Deputy advised her to get out of the road. Caller called back stating the female is back walking in the middle of the road Highway 356 and Santa Rita Mine Road. Other callers stated she is still in the middle of the road. Deputy advised negative contact.

Caller advised heard over the phone that his girlfriend was fighting with her dad/they were pushing one another. Deputy – did speak with father who stated he . . .

Unwanted subject
Pack Saddle – Catron County
Caller stated two ATVs are on her property and they are yelling and screaming/would like them removed from her property. Deputy made contact with caller who asked if they can frequent patrol the area for the next two weeks.

Cottage San Road
Grid alarm. Zone 1 smoke detectors. Deputy spoke to homeowner and she does not know why the alarm went off/everything is okay.

Tuesday, Dec. 24

Game and Fish
Cottage San Road and Opal Drive
Deer still alive in the middle of the road. Deputy – one shot fired and deer was removed from the roadway.

Burglary
Apache Street –Silver Acres
Another break-in/more stuff taken.

Disturbance
Romero Street – Hurley
Caller can hear a female screaming and a male. Deputy – ATL 2009 white Dodge van driven by (redacted)/if contact is made stop and issue indefinite CTW for 205 Romero.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 103-104 (1-2 miles east of Mangas Terrace)
Male and a child on a bike in the middle of the road. Deputy had negative contact.

Disturbance
Prescott Street – Santa Clara
Male at the apartments who is not supposed to be there. Could hear a male screaming in the background and caller hung up. Deputy – all verbal/everything is okay/subject issued indefinite CTW.

Mother has his two daughters and when he was speaking to his daughters he heard the mother arguing with the boyfriend/caller is concerned about his daughters. Deputy spoke to the mother and kids on the phone and is en route to meet with them.

Male states he was cutting wood/has no cell service/and he is lost/has a 80s model faded purple Dodge truck. Dispatch attempted to call male went straight through to VM. Deputy advised to contact NMSP and have them start a search and rescue/calling NMSP/NMSP advises has no coverage for Grant County at this time. Deputy – enroute to the Burros/stated (redacted) broke down.

Accident-injuries
Ridge Road – Tyrone Ridge Road
22-year-old male rolled his vehicle/2015 Ford/he just got out of the vehicle/neck is hurting. EMS10 check Native Air/Native 32 declined due to duty time – all others on flights. Deputy in area ATL.

Mental health complaint
Royal John Mine Road – Lower Mimbres
A named male is having a mental health issue/she did try to call his counselor but they are out of town. Deputy – everything is okay.

Harassment
Arizona Street
Caller advised a named male and his wife are harassing caller’s kids playing outside and making them feel uncomfortable. Deputy – did not have contact with any of the (redacted) outside the residence/he heard some of the residents across . . . /everything is okay.

Thursday, Dec. 26

Accident-property damage
Sanctuary Road and Highway 15
Vehicle vs deer/deer is still in the roadway/deer possibly still alive. Deputy – caller took the deer.

Welfare check
Camino de Vida – Upper Mimbres
Caller hasn’t heard from his 80-year-old father in a week. Deputy – send another unit to assist with gaining entry/male found on floor/possibly for last 10 hours/bruising on his right arm and ribs.

Dog bite
Copper Ridge Drive
Caller is now at the Senior Center/needs to make a report.

Larceny
2 Diamond A Drive – Redrock
Caller advised someone took her mailbox as well as a lot of other mailboxes on the F side.

Males walking around possibly poaching. Deputy made contact with caller and campers/negative contact with any shots fired.
