Stated he was torturing his neighbor trying to kill him. Deputy – no Space 3/en route to 386 Racetrack Road to check there. XCPD officer – everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance

They are arguing in the lobby/female stated he had followed her.

Missing persons
Lea Drive – Hurley
States her son left sometime last night/last saw him at 3 a.m. Caller called back advising son is back home.

Harassment
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised her ex-boyfriend is harassing and stalking her. SCPD – this call will be for the county/it's happening in Silver but male lives in Mimbres. Deputy set up frequent patrol for two weeks.

Domestic disturbance
Alabama Street
Male came into the studio and stated he was assaulted/he is now in the parking lot. Deputy – male is stating it happened at the Montessori/request city. SCPD assumed call.

Harassment
Elguea Avenue – Hurley
Caller advised she hit a subject's vehicle a week ago and now the subject is threatening her and is calling her names via text/she wants the subject issued a CTW to her address in Hurley. Deputy went to subject's address to issue the CTW but was unsuccessful in making contact/will put out ATL for the subject.

Game and Fish
Taylor Street and Tom Foy Blvd -- Bayard
Dead deer in the road. Deputy advised he moved deer out of the roadway/call was referred to NMSP who will contact G&F.

Thursday, May 15

Reckless driver
Highway 152 – MM 5 (2 miles west of Georgetown Road)
Small 4dr car not maintaining its lane/westbound/almost went head-on when passing two other cars. Deputy – vehicle just passed going 85 mph/stopped at MM 2.
