Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 – MM 119 (1 mile east of Uncle Woody's Flea Market)
Small grey compact car not maintaining its lane/advised she can see them hitting each other in the vehicle/driver is hitting passenger/also driving at a high rate of speed/almost hit two other vehicles. NMSP officer – going to apartment in Santa Clara where juvi and her partner are staying.

Trespass
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Deputy – out at 123 Racetrack Road/spoke to property owners who advised they had contact with the female and gave her a ride elsewhere.

Suspicious activity
Bonita Avenue
Juvi keeps throwing rocks at his house/doesn't believe the parents are home/thinks the boy has mental issues. Caller does not want contact.

Criminal trespass
Mimbres Mountain
Are having issues with a neighbor trespassing on the property/male went through the gate and onto the property last night/subject does have a CTW issued by GCSO on Jan. 7, 2025.

Suspicious activity
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone – 9:26 a.m.
Someone keeps going by his house in the middle of the night. Caller called back advising this incident needs to be stopped. Deputy had contact with caller.

Brush fire
Penjamo – North Hurley
Grass fire that is spreading/north side of the bar/looks like three different fires. Whiskey Creek VFD – en route to fire/didn't see anyone around the fire/page out Hurley VFD to assist/first fire approximately 5x5 feet, second about 3x3 feet, last one about 2x4 feet/all basically out right now/will be driving up and down the road.

Criminal damage to property
Galaz and Noonday streets – San Lorenzo
Damage to valve for irrigation pipeline/caller is on scene right now waiting for deputy.

Found
N. Hurley Road
Caller found a crash yesterday on Highway 152 – MM 22 (8 miles east of Highway 35 junction)/he needs to turn over a cellphone he found at the crash site.

Harassment
Romero Avenue – Hurley
Caller advised the neighbor keeps going outside and assaulting her and she needs someone to go tell her to stop/it happens every day/she is not making any threats toward her. Deputy out at 310 Romero Avenue.

Battery
Cortez Avenue – Hurley
Caller advised they were being followed from Silver to Hurley by two females with the same last name/when they got to the house one of the females and another subject attacked caller's boyfriend/they already left in a black sedan/boyfriend refused medical. Deputy and Bayard PD officer responded.

Robbery
Rio de Arenas Road
A named male in a white SUV took caller's purse and phone and left toward Bayard/he took it from her vehicle/caller was using another person's phone. Deputy – White Chevy Equinox.

Weapons fired
Highway 15
Heard 7 or 8 gunshots/saw a man on a black Harley leave at a high rate of speed about 10 minutes ago. Deputy spoke with caller and set up frequent patrol for next three weeks.

Suspicious activity
Santa Rita Avenue – Hurley
Male singing and walking very close to caller's residence/passed the residence about 4 or 5 times. Deputy – spoke with a male on Cortez who advised he was walking west/negative contact so far/will stay in the area to ATL.

Monday, May 19

Code enforcement
Pheasant Drive
(Redacted) is dumping limbs over the bank/he is in a yellow and white truck/this is a fire hazard.

Suspicious activity
Cottonwood – Silver City – 8:52 p.m.
Stated she can hear noises outside like someone is bouncing a ball on the side of her trailer/advised she is alone and no one else should be on the property. Deputy – checked around the residence/everything is okay/negative on a frequent patrol at this time.

Unwanted subject
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone
Caller hears a male on her property/she heard him knocking on the door. Male called back stating the male knocked on his door again and he is tired of it and is just going to commit suicide. Deputies had contact with female (?) who stated the male left the property prior to arrival/units clear/set up frequent patrol for one month mainly at nights.
